Registration

Australian government legislation requires that all cabling work that connects to the national communications grid be carried out by a registered cabler. Failure to register can result in fines of up to $12 000 (plus GST).

If you are carrying out cabling work in Australia, you must be aware of whether you need registration and if so the type of registration required, Open or Restricted.
